This website is provided for the purpose of making accommodation reservations and obtaining information about our services.
2. Booking Policy
All reservations made through this website are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment
Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway provider.
5. Liability
Nachan The Antique Courtyard is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during your stay except where required by law.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Thailand.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once a reservation is confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable.
Guests may request to change the reservation date subject to availability, provided that the request is made at least 14 days in advance.
In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation may be charged.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.

Guests must present a valid identification upon arrival.
✘ Unregistered guests are not allowed in the room.
✘ Please refrain from making loud noise that may disturb other guests.
✘ Smoking is not permitted inside the room.
✘ Cooking is not allowed inside or outside the room.
✘ Strong-smelling items are not allowed inside the room.
Children Policy
Children aged 0–5 years stay (maximum 1 child) free of charge.
Children aged 6–11 years will be charged an additional 500 THB per person including breakfast if the number of adults has reached the maximum room occupancy.
Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults.
Please note that extra bed availability depends on the room type.
Additional Guests
Extra guests may incur additional charges according to the room type policy.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed in selected accommodations (Accessible Room and Master House) with additional charges.
